1999The goal of this questionnaire is to provide information needed to ensure that recent advances in computer and information technologies reflect the needs and concerns of postsecondary students with disabilities. There are 29 items; most are closed-ended and use a 6-point Likert scale.
Questionnaires are available in English and French. In addition to the regular print versions, both the English and French questionnaires area available in the following adapted formats: large print, audiotape, Braille, IBM-PC and Macintosh disk. Questions on the adapted versions were modified to permit respondents both to read and to complete the measure using alternate formats. Topics covered are:

- 7. Qualifications pursued
- 8. Nature and duration of disabilities/impairments
